Prototype homologation via Test machine BI-AXIAL, developed by Fraunhofer Institut (LBF) in Darmstad – Germany. The tests norms of this machine is EUWA 3.23 ( EUWA – European Union Wheels Association ).

Quality
Quality system based on preventive actions : maintainence of a constant robust production process, following ISO standards.
Inspection of 100% of our products – automatic equipment with 35 simultaneous dimensional characteristics ( from the Center Bore measurement to the run-out 2nd. harmonic ).
Controls based on the critical and key characteristics originated from FMEA ( Failure Mode and Effect Analysis ), as well as from the assembling characteristics of the wheels following technical norms such as : ETRTO, TRA, DIN, SAE, JIS, VDA and others.
Well equipped essay fatigue laboratory inside our plant, for rims and discs. Endurance auditing conducted by rim rolling and cornering fatigue machines, in accordance to international standards ( SAEJ 267, EUWA, TUV ).
Salt-spray test performance more than 1.000 hours.
Packages technically dimensioned to assure the perfect integrity of the wheels and manufactured according to international environmental regulations.
